We've been busy making LoanOfficerIntelligence more useful for your day-to-day workflow. Here's what changed this month.
Improved Interest Rate Estimates
We refined how LoanOfficerIntelligence estimates interest rates based on loan type, with a particular focus on FHA and VA loans.
When public records don't include the interest rate (which is most of the time), LoanOfficerIntelligence applies estimated rates based on historical market data at the time the loan was originated. The improvements this month make those estimates more accurate for government-backed loan types, which means your payment comparisons and refinance scenarios will be closer to reality right out of the gate.
Share Feedback -- Now Built Right In
We added a Share Feedback component directly inside the app. If something feels off, if you have an idea, or if something is working really well, we want to hear about it.
We built this because we believe the best product ideas come from the people actually using the tool every day. No support tickets, no email chains -- just a quick way to tell us what you think.
People Search (Resources link)
This one came directly from user feedback -- and we loved the idea.
We've added a People Search resource link to the property page, giving Loan Officers a quick way to look up public borrower information before pulling credit. We're continuing to measure how this fits into real workflows and we're always open to trying out ideas from the community.
County Now Displayed on Property Pages
A small but meaningful addition: the county name is now visible on every property detail page.
Whether you need it for downstream data entry, to reference county-specific recording requirements, or to cross-check information in another system, it's right there without an extra step.

AVM Improvements
We're in the process of improving our Automated Valuation Model and the estimation logic behind it. To be straightforward -- the accuracy of our AVM is partly dependent on the scale of data we're working with, and we're still growing. That said, improving this estimate is a top priority and something we're dedicated to getting better at as quickly as we can.
Stripe Subscription Flow
New users who sign up will now receive their 3 free property searches and then be guided to the subscription page before searching additional properties. We publish our prices openly because we believe Loan Officers deserve a clear, no-surprise pricing experience when deciding whether a tool is right for them.
Researching UCC Lien Data
We're continuing to meet with UCC lien data providers and evaluate our options. The challenge is that most existing tools are built around searching by business name, which doesn't always align with how Loan Officers need to look up lien information.
We're actively exploring ways to make this data accessible in a way that's actually useful for refinance workflows.
